Reflection
1. My project consists of ten of my best photos taken on our school art trip to Seattle, Washington. It took the whole four days to complete the series of photos.
2. I believe the good parts of my collection is that it is mostly nature shots. Thats my favorite thing to take photos of because it is so natural looking and beautiful. I got some really great pictures of the city which is also beautiful in its own way.
3. If I could do anything different with my photos it would be to edit them a little, maybe try some black and white and work with the contrast.
4. My theme would probably relate something to the beauty of the un-touched land and of the man-made structures.
5. The elments I used most on this project would be line and shape. I caputured a lot of straight lines with the overview of the city and shape with the mountains, trees, rocks, and the buildings.
6. The principles I used most were color and balance. I tried to get a lot of color in the nature shots and for balance I tried to get an asymetrical look for the photo that has a tree and bench in it.
7. From this project I learned that I love hiking, traveling, and taking pictures of things I've never seen before. I'd like to purchase a more high quality camera at some point in my life.
8. I didn't really have a design plan for this project, I just took pictures and sorted through them later to pick which ones were the best choice to use.
9. My project was not planned, most of my projects are not planned. They just happen.
10. I liked this project because I like talking pictures. I got to visit alot of places that I've never been before.
